You can purchase membership right here thru our online booking system, select your location below to start… Or you can call us at the spa number to purchase membership. Or you can purchase membership when you arrive. Or at the time of payment after service.

We recommend that you purchase membership online ahead of time, so that your membership credit is ready for speedy checkout after service. You can also purchase membership at the time of checkout. However, it will slow down checkout process a little bit because the spa associate will first create membership sale, and then apply your membership credit to pay for your appt.
It doesn’t make any difference which order you do. Either way, your membership credit will be ready to apply to your appt at the time of checkout after service.

Yes you can. E.g. you can purchase Massage Membership  as well as Skincare Membership (highly recommended) to avail a massage and a facial every month.

Yes. Please purchase membership at your primary location (for online purchase, system will prompt you to select a location). However, you can receive membership benefits at any of J Sterling’s Spa locations.

Yes. Friday to Sunday upcharge $10 per hour applies only for massages, not for facials, waxing, and laser. Your therapist receives higher compensation for their weekend work. This is designed so that we can have more therapists available to meet the higher demand on Friday to Sunday.

No, membership is not required but recommended at J Sterling’s. Regular massage and facials are preventive maintenance for your body. Once a month is minimum recommended. With memberships, we want to reward our regular guests. But even without memberships, our prices are most affordable in town.

No. We launched membership because of popular demand. We offer you savings by becoming a member. But you will not encounter pushy sales people at the spa. Most other spa chains train their associates to keep pushing until they hear “NO” at least 3 times. No such pushy sales tactics here.

You can cancel your membership by messaging us using the form at the bottom of this page. Please include your reason for cancelation.

After the first two months, you can cancel anytime, even the day before the monthly draw of your membership dues. There’s no contract.

Membership fees are automatically withdrawn on same day of the month as you join. E.g. if you joined on 17th of the June, your membership fees will be drawn on 17th of July and so on.

Yes you can pull forward or push back membership payment date. Membership benefits are available  to redeem after payment. Please message us using the form on this page, and we will process your change request within 48 hours.

Yes, your membership dues are collected in advance on the same day of the month. Once the dues are collected, you can avail the benefits.

No, membership fees are non-refundable because we provide you discounted services and you have agreed to pay membership fees to receive discounted services.

Membership benefits roll-over & keep accumulating. Benefits do not expire as long as you keep paying membership fees and remain a member.

Gratuities for your therapist are not included. Recommended gratuity is $10 or more per treatment. You will inform to spa associate at the time of checkout the gratuity amount you want to pay.

You cannot. All treatments in membership must be used by the same person.

Yes you can. Your first payment at the time of membership setup has to be done with a credit card. From second payment onwards, you can use gift cards to pay for membership dues. You cannot use bonus cards or promo cards to pay for membership dues. Membership dues will be withdrawn from the giftcard every month until the amount on the giftcard is used up. Message us your giftcard details using the form at the bottom of this page, and we will set it up for you.

Yes. We do have evening and weekend appointments. Head over to online booking, and select a day and time that works best for you.

We use a best-in-class cloud-based booking system that helps us manage your membership and appointments accurately and efficiently.
Membership has no effect on promotional messages you receive. We only occasionally send promo emails. You can manage your email subscription online, or with unsubscribe button in the email.
