This was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Teagan made me feel comfortable right away. She explained what she was going to do, asked how I wanted them to look, and kept things relaxed the whole time. The wax was quick and much less painful than I expected. My brows look clean and natural, not overdone, which is exactly what I wanted. She's clearly skilled and takes pride in her work. I'll definitely be booking with Teagan again

I excited to share my experience at J Sterling's Wellness Spa. in Orlando, Altamonte Springs area. Clean, friendly and friendly attentive staff. I did a facial and full body massage. The pleasantry and conversations were welcoming, but more importantly, the excellent and experienced staff did an amazing service, which were both superb. Recently, I've formed two new ties

I absolutely love J Sterling’s Wellness Spa! One of the things I appreciate most is their clear, upfront pricing. You don’t have to call just to find out what something costs, and there are no hidden fees or surprises. That honesty and transparency mean so much to me! And there’s absolutely NO hard sell whatsoever!!! Unlike places that pressure you to buy another package or tell you what you’re getting isn’t enough, they make me feel completely comfortable. If I’m interested in something, they explain it without ever pushing me to buy. I love that! My laser tech, Gramys, is amazing! At my first appointment with her, she took the time to explain how the laser works and what I could expect to feel. I had only tried IPL before, so this type of laser was new to me. I really appreciated how patiently she educated me—it helped me feel so much more comfortable. During every treatment, she checks in to make sure I’m doing okay and that the discomfort is manageable. She’s so thoughtful, caring, and attentive. My overall experience has been absolutely wonderful, and I can’t recommend Gramys and J Sterling’s Wellness Spa enough. Love them so much!
