Gremys the laser hair removal tech was so nice and explained everything to me in detail definitely recommend her she makes the process so easy and Ammie at the front desk made sure I was checked in and greeted when I first entered. I definitely recommend coming here it is super nice and so are the people who work there.

I was nervous about getting a deep tissue massage (or really any massage) for the first time, and I'm so glad I went to J Sterling’s Wellness Spa in Lake Mary! Alyssa checked me in and was so friendly and informative. She recommended adding hot stones, which I ended up absolutely LOVING. My massage therapist, MariJane, was fantastic and attacked all the built-up tension and knots in my back, and I mean that in the most relaxing way possible. The spa had such a welcoming atmosphere, and I left feeling amazing. Highly recommend!

I've had numerous massages, from high end spas to cheaper establishments, and I cannot recommend J Sterling (winter park location) enough! The staff is so friendly, theyve never made a financial error unlike other locations and every therapist I have had at this location has taken amazing care of me. Jesse and Byron are incredible. 10/10. Update 5/26/26: Just posting again to say Jesse is still the best there is! I could fall asleep while he works his magic. Megan at the front desk is so kind and professional. My fiance was massaged by Linda and felt incredible afterwards. Can't wait for our next visit!

Omg!! First experience here and I’m already looking to get the membership. I got a deep tissue massage with Cindy and she was absolutely phenomenal I mean she did me GOOD! I came out feeling like a brand new person. She focused on the areas I wanted and at the end also showed me some stretches to help in my day to day. 100% coming back!

I highly recommend J Sterling’s in Lake Mary. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing and the staff is amazing. Having a Swedish massage with Alina felt as if she broke down all of the stress from my week and gently soothed it away. Her hands are heavenly. Including the essential oils aroma therapy added the perfect extra touch of sensory relaxation.
