No. Our referral system is online only. Referral rewards cannot be applied if your friends book over the phone.

Your friend will appreciate you for introducing them to the wonderful services at J Sterling’s! We appreciate you introducing your friend to us. However, in this situation the system will not regsiter your referral, and referral rewards will not be applied.

You do not have to inform the spa associate about your referral. Referral rewards will automatically apply to your invoice as long as the terms and conditions are met.

Valid only on first visit for new guests that have never been to any J Sterling’s location. Valid with online booking only with unique link or promocode. Cannot be claimed if booked over the phone. Cannot be added later-on if unique link is not used or promocode is not entered at the time of booking. Cannot be used on a group visit (when you and your referee visiting together on same day). You have to book your appt after your friend’s visit is finished. If you book your appt before your friend’s visit is finished, referral reward will not be available on that visit, but on following visit (that’s how our booking system works, we cannot get around it).
