FAQ #2: Do you offer memberships or contracts?
Not at all. We DO NOT do introductory offers to lure the guests, and then put them into contracts with high-pressure tactics. Unlike our competitors, we do not believe in going into our guests’ bank accounts and pulling money out even if they don’t use our services. Yes, it is recommended to have a massage and facial at least once a month for health and wellness. Our therapist might recommend you a schedule specific to your health your condition. But we do not ask you to sign a contract to keep you coming back. You come back to us because you like our services, not because you have a contract!

FAQ #3: Do you offer further discounts for regular clients?
We love our regular guests. You can expect the same excellent service and everyday low prices that you’ve come to expect from us. You can become a monthly member, please visit our membership page for details.

How much should I tip?
Gratuities are NOT included in the prices. Massage and facial therapies are the most personal and customized treatments for you. Your therapist gives you undivided attention. To help us continue our affordable pricing program, please tip your therapist based on the market value of the services, and NOT based on our amazingly low prices. Minimum gratuity per hour of service is $10 or more.
FAQ #4: How long is a massage or facial?
The one hour massage or facial includes 50 minutes hands-on, and 10 minutes for dressing and consultation. Similarly, 90 minutes massage includes 80 minutes hands-on, and two-hour massage includes 105 minutes hands-on and 5-minute stretch break in-between for the therapist. Our therapists are experts in the field and can provide you tips on at-home stretching and exercising to help in any of your specific pain or discomforts. If you want/need extra consultation, it will reduce hands-on massage proportionately. If you arrive late, it might cut into your service time, as we might have next appointment booked for your therapist.
FAQ # 5: How come your prices are so affordable?
The short answer is we are not greedy. Our strategy is to make spa services affordable to many more Americans. We serve so many more guests compared to other spas. We’re a family-owned business. Our motto is to provide affordable luxury to everyone. And we believe that you don’t have to be wealthy to be healthy!
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking an appointment ahead of time for your service, as we get pretty busy, and may not have a therapist/esthetician available for walk-in. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability of therapist/esthetician, so there could a wait.
Do you send a reminder for my appointment?
Yes, we use email, text, and phone – whichever way is convenient for you for reminders. Our system automatically sends you reminder text and/or reminder email 3 days before, the day before, and 3 hours before to help you plan ahead and drive up. Once you’re in our system, you can customize your texting and email preferences yourself.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Debit, Credit, and our own gift certificates and gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept spa wish. Cash or Debit is preferred and much appreciated. Thank you for saving your local business from expensive credit card processing fees.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards and gift certificates. They never expire. Great for every occasion – birthday, anniversary, valentine day, mother’s day, father’s day, and more! Give the gift of health and wellness.
Can I buy a gift certificate online?
Yes you can. Please visit the home page for the purchase link. You can also pay over the phone, and we can email you your gift certificate.
