• Earn a Sterling Point for every dollar spent on purchasing services, products, packages, and giftcards.
• Earn 100 Sterling Points everytime you book online
• 100 Sterling Points = $1. Redeem points in increment of every 100 points.
• Redeem your points on anything – massages, facials, waxing, laser, products.
• Maximum redemption of 1000 points (equal to $10) per visit.
• Please remember to ask the spa associate to apply your Sterling Points at the time of checkout.
• If you forget to ask the spa associate to apply Sterling Points, and payment has been made, we cannot reopen closed invoices to apply Sterling Points after payment is processed.
• You will receive monthly statements of your Sterling Points, as long as it’s not zero balance.
• Sterling Points are not awarded on membership payments, giftcard redemptions or package redemptions (coz that would be double dipping).
• Sterling Points are awarded after the service is taken and paid for. Awarded Points will be available for use on future visit, not the current visit.
• Your points can be used only by you. Your points cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.
• Sterling Points expire 90 days after being awarded if not redeemed (it is by design this way to encourage you take time out for yourself more frequently).
• Any request to redeem expired points will not be honored, because system doesn’t allow it.
