I love J Sterling! I have been going to this specific location for a few years now and they are reliable, consistent and cost effective. I've had facials, massages, spa day packages, etc. and all services have been exceptional. However, in the past I have paid extra for deep tissue and it was not always the pressure I expected for the additional price.I just booked with Ariel for a deep tissue trigger point massage for an ongoing neck/shoulder/back issue I've had and it was amazing! Her customer service and communication skills were great and she explained what was going on and how to manage it going forward. It is the only relief I've had with this injury long term in years! Instant relief and I've still been benefiting from it almost a week later, pain free. She is truly gifted and highly appreciated, I'll definitely book with her again.
