The deep tissue massage with reflexology add on was exceptional. Kia, the massage therapist, was fantastic and Bailey at the front desk was courteous and professional. I was looking for a great local spa and found it. I will definitely 💯 go back. The massage prices are reasonable too. A loved one gave me a gift certificate for the spa and I’m so glad he did.

I have been coming to J Sterling for massages for the past 3 years and every time is amazing. Will took care of my massage as well as a few add ons to make it a truly relaxing experience. Candace was so helpful at check out and took care of a mistake on my end which further proves the customer service is top tier. Can’t wait to go back!

OMG! Earlier today I had the best massage of my life given by Will. It was the first time going to J Sterling's Wellness Spa but it won't be my last. Will used just the right amount of pressure and, while I know I may be sore tomorrow, no amount of soreness will make me change my mind about this being the best ever. The massage was just 50 minutes and every few minutes I kept thinking he would ask me how I felt and the massage would be over. But it felt so good, that he found muscles and nerves that were out of whack that I didn't even know hurt as much as they did until he released the knots from my body. I usually have trouble getting off the table after everything is relaxed but today he had already released the knots in my back so I could sit up without the usual pain after a massage. Since it was my first time there, I was unfamiliar with everything regarding check in and out so I talked to Baily at the front desk about payments and making new appointments. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She checked the hours that Will is available for a next appointment. She assured me that as he works long hours, he will be available at most times of the day. I will be booking another appointment with Will. And soon. If you're needing a massage, call Baily and book a massage with Will or one of the many other masseurs. Five out of five stars.
