- Refrain from exercising for a minimum of 3 hours post-treatment.
- Avoid facials or head massages for the first 24 hours.
- Stay upright and avoid lying down for at least 3 hours after the treatment.
- Steer clear of saunas, hot tubs, or tanning booths for at least 4 hours following the treatment.
Following BOTOX treatment, any minor side effects tend to fade rapidly. These may include mild swelling, bruising, tenderness, and slight redness at the injection site, which are common and typically of a minor nature. Patients can usually return to their regular daily activities right after the treatment.
