Alina is my favorite therapist is a LONG time of getting massages! She has a knack for finding all the trouble spots without my having to tell her. She’s knowledgeable and effective! I also love how there’s minimal chatter so I can truly relax in the session! Alina is my husband’s and my favorite!

Marissa was great. She really worked out the pain I was having in my neck and back areas. The hot stones and foot scrub were nice additions to the massage. I appreciate J Sterling’s for getting my boyfriend and I in the same day to get a couple’s massage. We will both return. 🙂

I was treated to a birthday massage and it was wonderful. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Miss Debbie was wonderful and worked out many of the tight muscles in my neck and back. Great spa and very enjoyable.

It was a really good experience! I was paired with Carrie as my massager. I've been experiencing sciatica pain and she was quite knowledgeable about where to focus on applying the pressure. It was very relaxing! Krista was at the fromt desk and she was very pleasant and warming to talk to. I plan on coming back for more sessions!

Great massage from Stacey today!

So, I just left J'Sterning because they canceled on me. The reason was that apparently they don't do medical lymphatic drainage massage. When I called yesterday, I specifically asked for a post-surgery drainage massage and explained I had a tummytuck surgery and still have the draining tubes. They CONFIRMED that they can do it (I still have the recording on my phone) and when I arrived today for my 4 pm appointment in the beginning they said they have assigned me to another therapist (which I had no problem with). The new therapist saw me and stated that she only does esthetic lymphatic massage. They then re-assigned me AGAIN to the original therapist but told me he wouldn't be available until 30 minutes later. Then the receptionist stated she spoke to her manager (who I assume is Tatiana Rafaat) and her manager told her that they can't service me because I still have.the draining tubes (Thing for which they had been informed yesterday! ). It's ashame because I am a client and I have recommended the place to others. I will not be returning! I should not have to go through this 7 days after surgery! Very upsetting and uncomfortable! Goodbye J'sterling!

Debbie is an absolutely incredible and knowledgeable masseuse. I walked out feeling incredible after her deep tissue massage. Krista at the front desk was informative and nice and helped me set up my membership.
