First, the receptionist, Alyssa, was welcoming and friendly. And she really understands the processes! Then MariJane was on-time, caring and the best and most thorough masseuse! On top of all that the set-up at J Sterlings is the most professional and appropriately set-up I've ever been to ranging from Chicago to Orlando. Even the massage table is heated!
